Deviant/ Interthreat Quality Sucks!

I just did some side by side comparisons of my work on here compared to them in Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Bridge, and the ammount of quality loss is mind blowing, is there something wrong with the way I upload them?

Most are in 16-Bit raw, then converted to 12 Bit JPEG, but still the JPEG's have better qaulity than the interthreat versions.

And I know how the interthreat DPI is only like 60 to where the real file is 250, but is there anyway I can keep the image looking better here?
